As part of our coverage of Bemidji State's trip to the Ralph Engelstad Arena, we talk to Enrico Blasi as BSU prepares for a Frozen Four rematch with the Miami (OH) Redhawks, John Markell, the OSU bench boss and, of course, Tom Serratore.

Bemidji State enters a very exciting month, with Robert Morris, the team the Beavers defeated in the CHA Championship Game last March opening November at the John Glas, then a trip to Minnesota next weekend, Alabama-Huntsville's last CHA trip in two weeks, and finally, a Thanksgiving Tourney in Grand Forks vs. Frozen Four opponent Miami (OH), and Ohio State. It all get's started tonight vs. the Colonials at the Glas, and The Hockey Show talks with both Tom Serratore and Derrek Schooley.

Interviews with WCHA Commissioner Bruce McLeod and BSU Coach Tom Serratore. These are scheduled to air Friday, June 19th as part of KBUN-AM 1450's coverage of the Wells Fargo Gordy Skaar Memorial Golf Tourney - the primary fundraiser for Bemidji State men's athletics scholarships. The only unfortunate part of this is that the interview with Bruce McLeod was conduced early Friday morning (6/12) prior to the announcement that Dean Blais was named head coach at UNO.

Also a quick note that we are working on switching our feed, so that the iTunes service will return by the start of the season, and we again thank Adam and the staff at College Hockey News.com for continuing to make this show available there.

The Hockey Show has arrived in DC at the Frozen Four!

A quick reminder that those in Bemidji can listen live to The Hockey Show on both KBUN-AM 1450, and KB 101 as a pre-game show for Westwood One's coverage of the BSU Beavers vs. Miami RedHawks tonight at 3 p.m., with play-by-play starting at 4 p.m. KBUN will also carry the second semi-final, Boston University vs. Vermont at 7:30 p.m.

Coverage continues Saturday on KBUN (and KB 101 when and if the Beavers advance) with the Frozen Four Championship Game at 6 p.m., and again, a special version of The Hckey Show live from DC, and the Verizon Center starting at 5 p.m.

On-line listeners will be able to catch The Hockey Show at a later date. Thanks for tuning in!

In an expanded special edition of The Hockey Show, Scott and Moose preview the Frozen Four in Washington DC with special guests BSU head coach Tom Serratore, Miami (OH) coach Enrico Blasi, BU coach Jack Parker and Vermont coach Kevin Sneddon.  Also joining us, legendary former head coach of BSU, RH "Bob" Peters, as well as WCHA Commissioner Bruce McLeod.

As always, The Hockey Show is available on KBUN-AM 1450 when listening in Bemidji Friday's at 5 p.m., and Saturday's at 9 a.m.  Also check us out via College Hockey News.com or the iTunes Music Store.

Bemidji State has advanced to the Frozen Four! As an result, The Hockey Show will change its schedule and add a show during the bye week this Friday at 5 p.m. on KBUN-AM 1450 (with replay Saturday at 9 a.m.). This show will feature the NCAA Frozen Four teleconference, with all four coaches, and a student-athlete from each school (BSU, Miami (OH), Boston University and Vermont).

We are looking into further guests at this time as well. Check back this Friday for an all new Hockey Show!
